PSD Slicer

Upload a PSD and get Unity-ready slices. Funcell team tool.

Install (only once, ~10 minutes)

  1. Download the Setup file (if the admin sent you a Setup file on WhatsApp/Drive, use that one: it has AI naming turned on).

  2. Double-click the downloaded PSD_Slicer_Setup.bat.
    If a blue "Windows protected your PC" box appears: click More info, then Run anyway.
  3. A black window will open and install everything by itself (Python, the tool, everything). Don't close it. The first time takes 5-10 minutes.
  4. When it finishes, a "PSD Slicer" icon appears on the Desktop and the tool opens in the browser.

Using it every day

  1. Double-click the PSD Slicer icon on the Desktop. A black window opens: keep it open while you use the tool.
  2. Drag your PSD onto the page that opens in the browser.
  3. After 1-2 minutes, click ⬇ ZIP and send it to the Unity developer.

Updates happen automatically every time you open the tool. You never need to install it again.
Something wrong? Click 🐞 Report in the tool. A file is created on your Desktop; send it to the admin on WhatsApp.
